Right around the waist, where the skirt part starts to go out was huge. It didn't sit on my hips like the picture. The fringe stuff is made out of some kind of thick paper stuff, so I would imagine that it falls off really fast. The fur on the boot covers was kinda crappy too... Way shorter than it looks in the picture. I am returning it. I bought a black one, way better quality. But, you get what you pay for I guess...
