(More customer reviews)I had purchased a hat from Village hat about 4 years ago. It was a Jaxon Crushable Wool Aussie. I liked this hat. It was well made and very stylish. I was in need of a new one, so I contacted Village Hat earlier this year to find out it was discontinued. They said that it was replaced by this model, Jaxon Outback Crushable. This model is more expensive and is not (in my opinion) of equally quality with the older model. It is also sized slightly smaller than the previous model. Also it has a brown band instead of a black band (the hat is black.)I always thought that it was odd that they sold the older model in bulk. Now I wish I had purchased an order of 10 back then. I will keep it because I have not found anything else better, but I am disappointed.
