I use it for a 25 minute walk each morning to work and even in weather conditions that are around 20F with gusty winds, my face stays nice and warm. It fits comfortably under a ball cap and is surprisingly effective at keeping my ears warm.
Most pleasing is the folded "tube" for the nose. It provides enough overhang beyond the tip of the nose to keep things warm, while I'm still able to breathe in cold air, and--importantly--leaves enough room that a little nose running doesn't turn into a big mess.
Thumbs up.
