They will twist and turn and lie
when you try to return or exchange
an item.
I bought a 7 3/4 size hat they
talked me into because they
never had my size in stock.
When I came back with it because it
would fall off if I bent over, they
refused to exchange it for the correct
size.
I think the reason is, they knew darn
well they would never be able to unload
the 7 and 3/4 size and never wanted to
see the thing again.
I paid over a hundred bucks and can't wear
the hat. It sits on my ears and looks stupid.
But they absolutely do NOT care if you are
happy with their product.
