(More customer reviews)You definitely get what you pay for in this situation. It looked cheap but didn't fall apart so that was a bonus. With a lot of work you should be able to get the chaps to stick out like the picture... we didn't put that work in. They tie around the waist and through the legs with an additional velcro strap that hugs lower on the leg. No other fabric in the back. The rest of the outfit is as pictured. Despite that surprising revelation, it was pretty stinkin' funny giving everybody a good laugh.
