(More customer reviews)I have wide feet and this product did not go wide enough to stretch out my new shoes. Since it is designed to make shoes wider, it seems it would be umm wide. I had to return it, but the vendor was very cooperative in my return request. Other than the fact that it was not wide enough for me, it was as described and was delivered in a timely manner.
