(More customer reviews)I purchased this hat for my 2 1/2 year old son. He loved it. The blinking star can be turned on with a small switch by an adult (too small for kids under 3 probably). I was a little disappointed that the hat seemed kind of "cheap" looking. I expected more of a felt look - and it is a harder "toy hat" kind of felt. But durable, and the light is still blinking after purchasing in September. Overall fun and cute.
