(More customer reviews)The shaft supports are everything one would want except they do not work well with boot trees. The FootFitter do not extend deeply into the boot shaft when the boot trees are in place. Nonetheless, the device is well made, large enough and long enough for western style boots. The spring pressure is not great enough to over stretch the boot shaft, only pressure to maintain the vertical integrity. I am pleased with the product.
